Rehoming an Animal

As a rescue with limited resources, our main priority is to save dogs and cats from euthanasia in our community shelters. However, from time-to-time we are able to help an owner that needs to rehome their pet for one reason or another.

Before taking the pet into our care, we will do all we can to try and keep your pet at home. The shelter is a stressful place for pets and many experience fear, separation anxiety and confusion. In addition, there is always the chance that the pet will be euthanized at the shelter.

If you feel you may need to re-home your pet, please contact us. We may be able to help find resources in your community to make pet ownership possible for you and your family. If you have exhausted all options, feel free to fill out the owner surrender form below and we will be in touch about rehoming your pet.

Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability.

Filling out this form is NOT a guarantee that we will be able to place your pet. However, once you submit this form, we will make sure to get in contact with you as soon as possible to let you know if we may be able to help you in rehoming your animal.
